Water Polo Team
CMAC Water Polo Program Description
Water polo is open to boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 18. CMAC's USA Water Polo/American Water Polo club team program is designed to provide individuals with a positive, encouraging and competitive environment within which new skills, both athletic and character-driven, may be developed. With a combination of strategy and individual drills, all players will have the opportunity to work as members of a unified team and to learn a balanced approach to the exciting game of water polo. In order to ensure that all members gain the most from practice and games, playing groups will be divided between different areas of the pool by age, experience, and ability.
NOTE: Spring 2010 Session starts on February 22nd.
Youth and Senior practices: M/W/F 6PM-8PM
Cadet practices: M/W 6:30PM-7:30PM and Friday 7PM-8PM
Water Polo Swim Training: T/TH 7-8:30PM

Registration Information for 2009-2010
Cadet (Born in '97 or later) Team
This team is primarily designed for athletes (boys and girls) 12 years old and younger who are new to the sport of water polo. On occassion those Cadets born in 1997 or later will be permitted to join the Youth Team.
Practice Schedule:
Spring: M/W Practice 630-730pm F practice 700-800pm
Summer 1: M/T/TH 700-800pm
Youth (Born in '95-'97) & Junior (Born in '92-'94) Teams
This team is made for all athletes (boys and girls) 13-18 no matter what their skill level is. Those athletes born in 1991 are able to participate in most tournaments for the 2009-2010 season.
Because CMAC Water Polo Youth and Junior Teams participate in the Mid-Atlantic Coast Water Polo League, athletes will be assigned to Varsity and JV teams - please see the Tournament Schedule for Fall 2009 to see which tournaments your athlete will be participating in.
Practice Schedule:
Fall: M/W/F 600-800pm
Winter: M/W 630-830pm F 700-900pm
Spring: M/W/F 600-800pm
Summer 1: M/T/TH 700-900pm
Cost Structure
Please view the costs for the various CMAC Water Polo programs for the 2010 season.
These costs do not include the tournament/game fees throughout each season.
