Dry Land Training
Open to those 8 and older
Dry Land Training is for our swimmers to be able to work on their "Core" training. Much of swimming comes from the core which is the abs, back, shoulders, and hips. These workouts are designed to increase swimmers' strength and flexibility as well as to work on endurance. Swimmers will use the workout equipment and learn how to do the exercises on their own.
Meets Saturdays:
8-10 yrs old - 900-1000am
11-13yrs old- 1000-1100am
14+ yrs old- 1100am-1200pm
Cost:
13 and under: $224 for year or $85 per season
14 and over: $144 for year or $85 per season
